"P is for Palestine"

A review of the exhibition "P is for Palestine," at the Plein sud art actual, Longeuil, Quebec, from Sept. 21 to Dec. 14, 2024. The review discuses cultural footage and conversations on Palestinian heritage. Representing family, language, and children amidst the war. Some of the artists use familiar accounts to talk about generational displacement, using objects such as soil to direct viewers back into the idea of homeland. Other's use footage from real people in the Gaza Strip, whose whereabouts may be unknown but their stories remain. Anna Shah Hoque ends the article to remind the viewer, about the physical obstacle that Israel's settler-colonial occupation has created for the Palestinian Diaspora. Also how their ancestral homage and love, shows true perseverance.
