Fuse, Winter 1997, v. 20, no. 1, pp. 35,36
A mostly positive review of Wendy Oberlander's video Nothing to be written here. Oberlander tells of Jewish-Canadian history told mainly through the experiences of her father. This personal family history and her relationship with her father, along with newsreel footage, family movies, documents, newspaper clippings, drawings and photos are used to reveal the struggles of Jews immigrating to Canada shortly after the war. Also's revealed are Canada's anti-Jewish policies and climate during that time.
