The video Whispers Of Kisses, explores the Scottish philosopher, David Hume's premise that human beings are compilations of their desires that are constantly in flux, in essence, bundles of desire.
The image of romantic desire is introduced by couples kissing which shifts to the close inspection of a body wrapped. The body wrapped by "bundles of desires and bundles of anxieties" moves to a water environment which shifts the focus to the personal exploration of the interior boundaries of desire.
The canon of desire being founded in absence and loss is central and evoked through the use of Verdi's aria, "Va pensiero, sull ali dorate" from his opera "Nabucco". Verdi's music becomes the liturgy of a safe place where the feminine body is no longer in jeopardy but comes into it's own as a natural feature of the landscape.
