Joan Of Art

Steev Morgan

1984, 13:00 minutes, colour

This tape is a meditative piece with a very solemn and almost funereal pace. The music is composed of droning synthesizers and gamalon type bells playing through hypnotic cycles. A woman in mourning slowly fades away to reveal a forest or perhaps a cemetary of lit cigarettes which slowly burn down to reveal the woman behind. There is no overt statement, only a feeling.
