Sugar and Spice

Tania Trepanier

1997, 10:00 minutes

In a humorous treatment of a sensitive subject, two women negotiate culture and sexuality. In anticipation of her aunt Durga's arrival from India, Radha uncharacteristically covers up evidence of her relationship with Anna, while Anna is determined to impress Durga Aunty with her Indian chai. Unexpected outcomes follow leaving the audience to determine for themselves what Durga Aunty makes of the two women's relationship.
