Erosion version 2

TAPECODE 697.05

Assembled from footage captured at a non-violent anti-poverty march on October 15, 2002, after a police strike force began randomly arresting participants.

Protests can be like swimming in a stormy ocean propelled by forced beyond your control: time is stretched and compressed, and action moves too quickly to comprehend, or too slowly to be believed. The experience can only be made sense of in retrospect.
