Target consists of tens of still photographs of posters and found portraits of Palestinian leaders, intellectuals, and activists who were assassinated by Israel inside occupied Palestine and in different countries, between 1970s-2010. The work conveys the way the life of these individuals was cut short in secret and violent operations. Each image is masked with a circular shape, similar to a rifle scope-lens. Traces of the portraits accumulate creating at the end a single image across the screen, attesting to the memory of those individuals.

Target can be viewed as a single channel video, single channel installation, or a two-channel with A Night at Home; it also can be juxtaposed with Mourning.
