I created a bridge between the real and the virtual to make two totally different worlds coexist in harmony on one plane. The bridge is light. I named this bridge ‘self-lighting’ that the framed video-images and the surroundings were lit by the video-images themselves. (like ‘self-portrait’; a drawing that you do of yourself) What you see never occurs in the real world, yet it seems natural just like watching a TV in a dark room.
