A respected independent producer, director and writer, Rina's work has been seen on CBC, Radio-Canada, TVO, CTV, Vision and many other Canadian and international networks. She served as a policy advisor to Ontario's Minister of Culture and Communications and the city of Toronto, and in the early eighties, authored an influential study on The Status of Women in Canadian Theatre for the Applebaum-Hebert Commission.
