Deborah VanSlet has been a performer, writer, producer and directer of videos and films for 11 years. She has done solo performance/storytelling work, collaborative documentaries, dance videos for BravoTV! and has just finished a 27-minute experimental documentary called Weather Permitting. She has worked as a technician at Concordia Universitys Media Labs for 10 years, teaching video editing workshops and assisting students with post-production work and is currently teaching video editing workshops at
Studio XX.
