Susan Terrill
A graduate of New York University’s M.A. program in Cinema Studies, Susan received N.Y.U.’s Best Director award as well as a SONY prize for her student documentary, Growing Up and Liking It . Susan’s short films Straighten Up, Cream Sauce, and The Chicken Tree have been screened at festivals internationally and broadcast on CBC, W, The Knowledge Network and The Comedy Network. In 1997 Susan was selected for the National Screen Institute’s Drama Prize program. In 2003 Susan directed 5 episodes of Growing Up Canadian, a documentary series for History Television and Vision. Following Growing Up Candian, Susan directed the six-part children’s educational series, Our Incredible World. Along with co-producer, Jan Nathanson and writer/director David McDonald Susan recently completed the documentary, Cereal Thriller for History Television and IFC.
