VERB FRAU TV Season 8: supporting the support & moving with furniture, episodes 1–3
Accumulative 3-episode series for LIVE! Biennale 2029 Festival (live & on-line) by Verb Frau (Dragu) and artist Sophia Wolfe.
Together they taught 3 morning sessions of healing, body & breathing work, meditation, grounding, stretching, and dancing to fun music. These sessions were for LIVE! festival artists (and other cultural workers) hence the “support the support” part of the season title. They took place in Pat’s Pub at Patricia Hotel, Vancouver, BC hence the “moving with furniture” part of the title as the bar was full of tables, chairs, pool tables, large video screen gambling games, et al.
Verb Frau and Sophia Wolfe created 3 days of accumulative hybrid (live/digital) posts for LIVE! Festival’s webpage and social media that combined clips from their class, short interviews with a performance artists, and archived photos/videos of artists’ performances.
