Time Travelling / A True Story
1984, 07:00 minutes, colour, English
Time Travelling / A True Story is about personal relationships in time. It uses a narrative structure which makes constant references to the influence of the past on the present. The tape tells its story by constantly reshuffling the elements within its own structure. The work attempts to bind together information from various types of imagery including 8mm "found" footage, reprocessed video, voice overs, music, captions and texts from literature.
