We're Here, We're Queer, We're Fabulous

In the summer of 1990 Montreal police violently attacked a group of peaceful lesbian and gay demonstrators during a protest denouncing police harrassment of lesbians and gays. A rare wave of queer activism in Montreal swept the city's gay, lesbian and bi communities for the rest of the summer. This guerilla style documentary chronicles what has often been called Montreal's Stonewall, the attacks and the boisterous protests that followed.
