Loving Yourself tells the story of a family with four deaf teenagers who are struggling to understand their own sexuality. Told in American Sign Language, with captioning, the video contains frank discussions about relationships, sexuality, sexually transmitted diseases, birth control and sexual orientation. It shows how these issues can be approached in ways that are respectful of everyone involved. Voice narration has been added so that hearing audiences may also benefit from this resource. A study guide accompanies the program which is designed to allow the audience or instructor breaks in which discussions may be held.
