L'Appât is a Simard/Wallot choreography translation of the love duel. It presents a striking union between the forms of dance and sculpture. Neam Cathod's visual adaptation, recorded both on stage and close to a river, evokes a primitive world and accentuates the conflicts between the two protagonists. The director uses video effects to transform the movements of the interpreters into intense visual images.
