Orpheus And Eurydice

1983, 14:00 minutes, colour

A twenty first century adaptation of the Greek myth by Ovid. The piece dramatizes the epic tale of Orpheus' journey to the underworld to rescue his lover Eurydice; his triumphant use of music and the tragedy of the unsuccessful rescue attempt. An original sound score by Seattle's Techno-Primates highlights the fast paced action.
