Sculptural performance installation at Arthur Street Gallery, 1978 (Plug-In Inc.)
During a one-month period, Poruchnyk planned and executed the casting of 12 six inch concrete slabs, which were then assembled into a cube. with his engaging manner, Poruchnyk was able to transform skeptical viewers into enthusiastic assistants. The culmination of the show was a performance where the artist attacked the cube with a sledge hammer.
