Translators uses a bit from a film documentary about the famous blind and deaf writer Helen Keller in which she utters the line, "Longingly I think how much more good I might have done if I had only acquired natural speech." Translators question the essentialism behind the idea of 'natural speech' and reveal the meaning of Keller's line - though jeopardized by translators of all sorts - is ultimately understandable at its source.
