A brief cinematic portrait of a wonderfully inventive artist, "Noel Harding" is a glimpse of one of Canada's most established and internationally celebrated visual artists. Well known for his large scale public works of sculpture, Harding recently launched the Elevated Wetlands, an innovative environmental sculpture beside Toronto's Don Valley Parkway. The film looks at this and other Harding projects as well as being a 'snapshot' of the man himself.
