The Floating House is a 5 min. video projection with six tracks of audio. The piece was shot on 16mm film, off the coast of Nova Scotia and involved floating a house on the Atlantic Ocean. One in a series of installations that deals with impulse and paradoxical behaviour, these works are articulations of trauma that reflect conditions related to larger socio/political realities.
