I've Been Shot
2007, 13:00 minutes, colour, English
An injured man perseveres through agony while desperately attempting to save his own life. I’ve Been Shot is a video installation that examines the film making process through the repetition of the ‘take’. In this looping installation, I examine the Hollywood cliché performance of masculine agony. At the same time, the video plays on the history of performance video itself.
