We have recently begun to experiment with digital animation, and have continued to develop our interest in the use of fragmented voiceovers. In Molar we are exploring a shift in pace, allied with stripped down visual components, to give more attention to the semi-tranquilised voice that appears to be suffering from a crumbling brain and slumped dentistry.
When exhibiting this work should offer an immersive experience, ideally with comfortable seating, a large projection and surround sound. However, it is possible to present the video in other ways, for instance on a flatscreen either with or without headphones.
