Reflection has a mirroring effect. The character is seen in the left frame, naked, walking backwards as magically, the garments find their way to her body. The character is enchanting and she seductively approaches the viewer. Her environment is mystical and her sexuality is so powerful that it is causing the leaves to ascend. In the right frame, her movement is eerie and fragmented as she approaches the viewer and returns the gaze. This work demonstrates the dichotomous imagery of seductress and threat which is constructed in western visual culture of middle-eastern women.
