Visions infogothiques se veut un voyage à travers l'essence même du matériau informatique. L'Oeil perce l'épaisseur virtuelle des images numériques avant d'installer son parcours au sein d'un univers thématique: celui des images appartenant à notre encyclopédie commune, en l'occurence des images à connotations religieuses. Cette animation est un prétexte à explorer le monde nouveau de l'image informatique tout en signifiant sa relation à l'histoire de la représentation.

Visions infogothiques attempts a journey through the very medium of computer technology. The eye pierces the virtual depth of numerical images before settling its course through a thematic universe - one composed of images belonging to our common encyclopedia, and having, in this case, religious connotations. The animation serves to explore the new world of computer images, while also signifying its relation to the history of representation.
