Self-government issues are addressed in this tape from Roseau's point of view, including the issues of gambling and tobacco taxes. The tape also addresses the problems of violent deaths and suicides in the community which are a result of the disempowerment of its members. Produced with the direction of Evelyn Kennedy & Martin Tuesday. Ivan McNabb hosts.
