Jime Lemoire

Canadian artist Jime Lemoire has explored the tensions and fluidity of sexual and gender expression in his work, pushing the parameters of queer politics.  Since moving to Australia in 2010, his work has focused on collaborative interdisciplinary sound, video and installation based on abstracted personal narratives of journey.  His video art, as well as his mixed-media painting, drawing and photography has been exhibited internationally including Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Melbourne, Brisbane and New York.
