Chloë Gordon-Chow (she/her) is working for Vtape with the support of the Canadian Museums Association’s Young Canada Works program during fall 2023 – spring 2024.
Chloë is a Chinese-Canadian researcher and curator from Tkaronto/Toronto. In her work, curation is mobilized as a form of social and political intervention. She researches how social movements influence and inform museum practice, questioning how change can be inspired through curatorial practice, public programming, and outreach. She holds a dual degree from McGill University in Art History and Sociology. She has worked with the Art Gallery of Ontario, and is in the process of developing an exhibition for the 2024 CONTACT Photography Festival. Currently, she works at Vtape in the collections archive.
