The fourth issue is a DVD with 9 short watchables on the theme of Tears on the Pie. Exclaim called it an “artsy, accessible treasure trove.” It makes up for a comparatively short running time (30 minutes) by including ALL the previous issues on the ROM portion. Four issues in one! It also includes a booklet with interviews with the vid makers.
