There is no plot, only a sequence of events. Wrestlers fight in a sullen landscape. We try to escape back into memories of childhood linked to an idyllic landscape, but both are inaccessible. We turn the other way. An old man slowly goes through his pockets looking for something he has lost. A boy casts a magic spell to summon lost things. The video unfolds a a procession of lost things and marginalized beings that escalates and shifts from physical to psychological violence as it moves from animals to people. There is a fleeting gesture towards recovery in the story with a story of "Babette's Horse", but its precariousness is underlined by the hyper real coloration and the transformation to the urban dystopia of the beginning.

Amy is looking for Jake Paradise suggests that we are careless, that we lose things and then spend the rest of our lives trying to find them again. It looks at the margins, at the things, animals and people lost to us in one way or another and suggests that our connections and responsibilities here define us.
