Despite TV was established in 1983. We are a video co-op based in Tower Hamlets, in the East End of London. The group has so far produced 14 DTV magazine tapes as well as numerous commissioned tapes. These magazine tapes cover a wide range of local issues, events and arts activities. The last major DTV production was "Battle of Trafalgar" for broadcast on Channel 4.
