First Festival d'In(ter)vention took place at la Margelle du Cegep Sainte-Foy on April 16, 1984. Artists and poets from Québec, Montreal, Toronto, Paris and Italy were part of the evening; performances were concerned with the body and the voice, direct poetry, sound, and more.
