The Flight is a reverie of a drifting persona, a figure lost in the solitude of her own dismal ennui. It is about universal loneliness, but most of all, the sentiment of the work stems from the longing for love most experienced when traveling on never-before-seen planes of internal inertia. Fantasy invades spaces as cool and dry as airports, as deep and dark as forests, and as foreboding as midnight hallways.
