Survival: Still The Issue focuses on the 1986 theme of International Women's Week in Halifax: Shelter, Health and Employment. Comprised of personal interviews, observations and speeches from groups participating in the International Women's Day Rally, it examines the ongoing housing crisis in the Halifax/Dartmouth area through the experience of those who live it.
