Go to Hell

Johanna Householder and The Clichettes

1986, 02:15 minutes, colour, English

Throughout the 80s the fictitional girl-group, The Clichettes (Louise Garfield, Janice Hladki and Johanna Householder) ruled Toronto with their special blend of biting satire, feminist politics, hilarity and general outrageousness. This mock rock video simultaneously mocks "cock-rock" and the already moribund rock video format.
